Son Moulding Co. Overview
Son Moulding Co. was founded by young engineer who had been working for Turkish NationalBottle & Glass Factory which is the worlds 3. biggest glass producing factory,last 25 years.
Since 1995, (new building 2005) Son Moulding Co.has been producting glass and plastic moulds for bottle and glass producing companies.
All terms of production is completed in the facility with computer supported production lines. Son Moulding Co. has got 27 employees including the managerial staff.
All the special alloyed steel and special alloyed modular cast iron is supplied from sometimes Turkish market .
We also have for the special alloyed steel and special alloyed modular cast iron and sprey welding (the hardfacing technology) supplied with European countries.
Our company is fully in charge of all terms of production with team members of auto-cad operators, industrial designers, IT department and production line without the need of any technical support.
We have engineers and technicians who also had the experience of working for Turkish National Bottle & Glass Factory which is the worlds 3. biggest glass producing factory, working on our production line.
Hereby we are able to give the high qualified technical support
for our moulds in order to increase productivity.
The major service standing for our technical support is the restoration and polisaj of mould for reproduction.
We also belive that we have a lot to share with you about moulding, starting from simple and plain moulds to the production line.
